I found an faster way than turning off just go back to the camp and then to Jubilee village and then go back to the location area of the alpha you want I been retrying for an shiny alpha female Gardevoir and it’s been an different one each time I kept checking it’s sex also the items in the area were different as well. I have Gardevoir Pokédex entry perfect but no shiny charm so it is taking some time.

According to some people on Gamefaqs, this method doesn't work due to how the game makes 'seeds' when you return to Jubilife. Which is strange considering I've gotten multiple shinies from this method.
