Hey man I haven’t watched your videos in a good month or two and I’d like to tell you why. One night I was preparing country fried steak with my dad and we use the machine that rolls inward with spikes to cube and tenderize the cuts of steak and I was putting a cut in a my left index finger got sucked in and crushed the phlanax (the middle bone) of my finger and tore my tendon as well. I got to the er in time and got flown over to a hospital in Orlando and they were able to preform emergency surgery and saved my finger. I’m in the 2nd month of recovery now and I’ve started physical therapy. Your videos have been super helpful and informative, I’ve been watching your videos just about since you started making them on YouTube.
