This is nothing more than political bashing. Explained nothing about Brexit.

What a one sided and confusing video. One could call this, 6 minutes of crap! I also find it odd that it’s the first video offered; YouTube?

I was hesitant to click this video due to fears of getting a biased "explanation", but decided to give Vanity Fair the benefit of the doubt.

Needless to say, that won't happen again.

What if we could blame Europe for UK policy decisions? Then we could do anything provided we never offered the public a vote on EU membership.

Wow, opinionated commentary much? Geez, I wanted "History Channel-esque" information about Brexit, not Vanity Fair's personal take on things.

I notice you provided no evidence of Russian meddling in the Referendum. Where is the proof of that assertion?

If a student wanted to right a paper on Brexit then this video represents a bad source of information unfortunately if they parroted the sentiments of this video they would probably get an A.

What a terrible but all too typical gloss on Brexit. It touched on everything but the British people, the real agent of the Brexit vote. It's so puerile that it can only be an expression of arrogant conceit. No, Vanity Fair, the real reason Brexit happened is because the British people had never been properly asked for it's consent to cede significant POLITICAL sovereignty to what the people had originally been told was going to be a Common MARKET. As UKIP started to gain more and more public support for a referendum on the matter, the mainstream parties had to bow down to what essentially was public pressure. The day duly came and the electorate made it's decision to leave. There was no talk whatsoever at that time of a hard and soft Brexit. Hard Brexit was a term invented by recalcitrant Remainers trying to minimise the effects of Brexit as much as possible by portraying Brexiteers as immoderate hardliners. It's all very simple: We voted to leave the EU after months of warnings about what that meant, which included the government sending a booklet on the subject to every household in Britain. It said:

'No other country has managed to secure significant access to the Single Market, without having to:
• follow EU rules over which they have no real say • pay into the EU • accept EU citizens living and working in their country'

This warning notwithstanding, the electorate put restoration of political sovereignty first. They especially were not voting to pay any more significant amounts of money into the EU, or to anymore accept free movement of EU citizens into the UK. If that means 'hard' Brexit, then the electorate's vote took that risk. It's ludicrous to say, as some do, that we need another vote to decide between 'hard' and 'soft' Brexit. The ultimate desired prize was always sovereignty, not business as usual.

Let's be practical here. Both sides lied, but which side has been shown to be more accurate?
That's all you need to know. Everything else is just noise.

1% Actually talking Brexit, 99% of the video is about russian meddling -idk it's happened or not and its off point- If u want to make a report about something, u talk about it instead of stuffing it with your own opinion.
