Blueberry Clafoutis - Easy Blender Recipe

Hi there,

This is one of my favorite recipes and I make it frequently, I hope you like it as much as I do!

Recipe:

Bake in 9" cake pan:
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch Of Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Butter for Greasing or Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Fresh or Jarred Pitted Cherries

Bake at 350° for 45-55 mins

Broccoli Clafoutis

1 500g broccoli bunch
4 eggs
400g single cream
80g grated Comté cheese
100g smoked bacon strips
150g flour
salt & freshly ground pepper
grated nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan-assisted)

Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets, removing the thick stems.

Cook the florets in boiling salted water for about ten minutes.

Drain and set aside.

Brown the bacon strips in a dry frying pan. Drain and set aside.

Whisk the eggs with the single cream. Add the grated Comté cheese.

Stir in the flour and whisk until smooth.

Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Divide the batter between the molds.

Place the broccoli on top of the batter. Scatter the bacon strips over the top.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Blueberry Clafoutis
1 Tbsp Oil for pan. Place the 1 & ¼ cups milk, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp flour in a blender, then poor into oven pan. Spread 1 cups Blueberries or blueberries over the batter and sprinkle on another ⅓ cup granulated sugar. Bake at 350° F 15-30 min
