Disclaimer : We receive a ton of emails and messages from people telling us we filmed them at the ramp this past weekend and they want to know when the video will air. This is not a question we can typically answer. We film from three or more ramps every week and have a massive back log of content and sometime it could be weeks or months after an event occurs before we air the video. We put stuff out as fast as we can but we only air three videos a week and in a typical weekend get 6-10 episodes worth of content meaning we get content faster then we can air it. Dude in the Infiniti knows how to back a trailer. Small steering corrections instead of all the way left or all the way right.

And for once the guy driving the 4 door sedan backs the single jet ski trailer down without any problems, loads the jet ski and he’s ready to leave in less time.

A long trailer with a short wheelbase tow vehicle should be an easy combination to back up.

I own a 4 door Jeep and towing my old single axle trailer and boat that was about 2800 lbs was not pleasant. I had to buy a truck to tow my new setup which is about 5000 lbs. I couldn’t imagine towing 5500+ lbs with the jeep. That boat weighs more than it.

There were enough guys there to pick up the jeep's trailer and set it down right in line for him.

Oversteering and backing too fast are always the main problems. If they backed slower they could correct their oversteer before it went too far. Everyone wants to be a hotshot and back in in a hurry. But what hurry do you accomplish when you have to pull forward 2-3-4 times?

These boaters need to practice baking up, and not at the ramp. I have been backing up trailers for over 50 years and I still practice when I get a new trailer until I feel comfortable. It's not difficult it just takes practice.

These guys would be run off from the ramp around here. A lot of ramps around here have one lane, so there will often be a line, when it’s your turn you don’t dilly dally around, you better get it done quick or you’re gonna be hearing about it. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast, to go fast go slow. Practice in an empty parking lot or field.

Could have moved the red truck, trees, boat launch and the ocean and it would not been enough.

As a former Jeep owner, they are the worst vehicle to tow with. The spare tire blocks any view of an empty trailer and the wheel base is too short to tow and brake effectively, and it is too easy to oversteer as we see in this crazy attempt to back down a ramp.
