If multi-select isn't working, and only the f1 key is flashing - this might help.

I was having this same problem after having used it with no issue for a month. Found in a support thread on their website after some digging, worked for me! reset your keyboard from the below steps:
Turn off and on the keyboard
Press the following key combinations - Esc+O Esc+O & Esc+B
All Easy-Switch lights will blink continuously, wait for channel 1 to fast blink.
Turn off and on the keyboard to complete the reset process
Note: After this, you can press any channel for 3 seconds then it will start blinking fastly and it will be recognized by the device.

This video, combined with the information from other customers, helped solve my issue.
My issue was that, in the event of pairing Logi POP Keys to a windows pc and a newer ipad, the keyboard would need to be paired as a new device after each and every instance of switching between each easy-switch device profile.
By following the reset instruction of esc+o, esc + o, esv +b, I was able to pair with both devices and produce the intended result of easily switching between device connections without needing to remove and re-add a bluetooth device.

Thanks! this was helpful. Only thing i realised was, i had to use the Fn key with the F1 key and long press for it to start blinking rapidly.

My logi pop keyboard is no longer connecting to any devices via Bluetooth. When I long press it is not rapid flashing the light, it just blinks a few times and does not connect to any device. I am using Windows 11. I am using regular Bluetooth.

Hi, I am trying to connect my keyboard but after turning on and pressing a button the quick swap 1 key just flashes for a few seconds and the keyboard turns off. It isn't a battery issue as I just put new batteries in. Does anyone know why it won't stay on or connect?

When I press any of the easy switched only the 3rd one works, but it doesn't rapidly flash. Plus bluetooth won't find it

I purchased a Pop Key keyboard and the number one button flashes 5 times slowly and the other 2 buttons do nothing. Do I have a defective keyboard? I've taken the batteries out and back in and turned keyboard back on but same result. The logi-bolt works but I need the keyboard do function as bluetooth keyboard. Any ideas?

I still have an issue, I cant seem to connect my pop keyboard to my laptop. I am using it again after a couple of months and disconnecting it. It wont change to the three flashing buttons as mentioned. It is stuck to one (the first one) and my bluetooth is not able to find it. What should I do?
