The only thing I've seen drop is my trade in value

Same headline every week for 3 years. I'll believe it when I see it.

Been seeing videos about the market crashing for years now. And it hasn’t. They will keep prices high and wait for a bailout when it doesn’t work.

It’s cheaper to keep my 16 year old Lexus and 30 year old Silverado maintained than buy a new car. No car pmt is the best car pmt.

They could take $20, 000 off of MSRP and vehicles will still cost more than they did before. It is absolutely insane.

Banks don’t want to give out loans.
Dealers have huge inventory.
The average American is not making 50% more than they were 4 years ago.

My son was just gifted $10k from his grandfather to put towards his first car. Going to a new job in a new city. Smart kid, is now buying a used Corolla in cash, rather than signing up for car payments. So grateful for grandpa’s generosity!

Not seeing it fellas, here in Michigan and dealers still have 23’s on lots that they are trying to sell for prices of 24’s and don’t want to budge. So maybe it will happen in the next 18 months or so but not seeing it.

I feel like many dealership would rather collect cars than sell them.

In 2020 I bought a used vehicle from a dealership for around 20k. That vehicle was totaled at the end of 2021 and ended up being valued at almost 30k. Bought another used vehicle from the same dealer for around 25k in early 2022, the dealer is now constantly emailing me about wanting to buy my car! Used Car market is crazy right now

Idk about this, I've wanted a new car for 3 years and prices are still ridiculous. I paid 4k private for a 07 prius 70k miles in 2016 and now it's at 155k worth 6-7k used.

Prices are not falling fast enough nor are they falling low enough. I will continue to hold plus today’s prices make my current vehicles look better and better every day. I’d rather give my money to my hard working mechanic than give it to a dealership.

My 2O19 Passport got totaled by a lady that ran a red light. I've been without my vehicle for about three weeks. I can't afford a $700 montly payment even though my credit is really good. I'm beyond frustrated with these car dealerships being so greedy. She had insurance but I'm still waiting for her insurance to pay my SUV off.

If the car market wants to survive it will drastically cut prices.

I guess the Toyota and Honda dealers in the Charlotte NC metro area did not get the memo, they will not make a deal below the vehicles’s sticker price plus the dealer add-ons, making the price even higher.

The best part of this video is the “I love you” at the end. ❤

Real life example, I bought a brand-new 2018 VW Passat GT VR6 for around $26000, that was $6000 off MSRP! I just sold that car on 8/09/2024 for $18000 private party. It only had 55k miles. My phone was ringing off the hook, not only from private people, but dealers wanting to buy. You can't find a comparable car in today's market for under $40, 000.

I'm in the market for a pickup. Saw this ram I liked, the thing was discounted $15k plus special 60 month financing. My payment was going to be over $1k a month STILL 😂 forget it man

I’ve seen too many of these videos with the same titles, yet the REAL WORLD never reflects said videos.
