I cut two big holes in the case lid so I can leave ear hooks on with the lid closed. Everything works perfect now.

I tried the JBL tune flex ones for 30 days so I could compare them to the AirPod pro 2 fairly.

With the normal AirPods, they’d always end up in my shirt during sleep. Occasionally they may stay in but that’s if the cat is using my back as her bed lol.

The JBL’s didn’t slip out one time. No matter what I was doing. Every time I woke up, they were still in my ear. The only annoying part was the sensitivity of the controls. Can’t take them out or put em in without it detecting the touch. Since I also discovered noise cancellation was even a thing with those, I opted for the AirPod pro 2.

The AirPods just fall out while I’m doing nothing after a while. Leaning over or looking down even causes them to start to slip. The bigger ear tips make my ear holes feel larger and sore after. And they still eventually slip too. Idk why. But that’s why I’m here lol. But idk about foam tips. They seem.. eh. Rather make one purchase that’ll last longer.

Do not buy memory foam ear tips unless you plan on changing them weekly! But if you do love stinky, bacteria filled, ear infection causing ear bud tips, then buy them.
PS - there is NO WAY to clean or sanitize them without destroying them. Anyone who says anything different, sells them.

Great video! Do you notice any difference in sound quality with the Comply Foam Tips V2 on the AirPods Pro 2? Saw some posts on Reddit claiming that the sound gets worse in the sense that it’s a bit muffled. Thanks!

How long do the v2 eartips last? None of the Apple tips fit for me but I’m not really wanting to sink 25 dollars for tips I might need to buy again in a few weeks?

Got the Bose two days ago. I’m an iPhone user. And they’re going back. Absolute nightmare to use on iPhone. You can sometimes use them one at a time. Most the time, it just disconnects. Sometimes they get stuck in ANC or transparency mode. I’ve had to forget and re pair them twice already. ANC is amazing. Transparency is lackluster with no adjustments to it. Fit is really good. The case is cheap and feels like it’s going to break every time I open it. I had AirPods Pro 1 and loved them. But was having same connectivity issues. Hopefully the AirPods Pro 2 have those kinks worked out because they on the way.

I have the CF tips in large and I find it they are not deep enough. I really wanted to like them but they dont go deep enough for me to get a good secure fit. Sucks because how so many people love these.
