To get it you use a crystal ball on a dream catcher
It makes it so that you get a planetarium on every floor(they can spawn on every floor too) and all planetarium items get a extra effect like terra triples your tear size, and Jupiter gets infinite gas, and Pluto removes your tear cap, Saturn tears last forever and have piercing, etc

Lachryphage but the tears that split off after the main tear pops have the pop effect where they float and can explode into more tears if fed more tears. Basically a chain reaction of tear explosions!
