I'm curious how do we determine which lead is positive vs. negative? I remember the lecture where you talked about the different views of the heart we see from different leads. Ex: I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF. I thought the augmented leads were all positive electrodes? aVR=from LA/LL looking to the RArm? (And that's moving toward the positive electrode of RArm?). I understood everything else except the postive/negative part, and how we can determine that.
