100+ pro-Palestinian protesters arrested in NYC: mayor

Police arrested more than 100 protesters Thursday afternoon while clearing out a pro-Palestinian encampment set up at Columbia University, Mayor Eric Adams said.

At least 108 people were issued summonses for trespass, according to NYPD officials. Police used zip ties to arrest protesters and escort them to waiting buses before removing the tents.
