Given that the first triangle = 1/4wh,
And wh = the whole rectangle,
And the 2 triangles opposite each other are equal,
Then all 4 triangles = 1/4wh.

couldn't you just find the area of the whole rectangle and divide it by four, cos we already know that the triangles have the same area?
