The line "He is with us when the evening falls and all the laughter fades" reminds me of the feeling I get when I'm hanging out with my friends in the summer time and golden hour sets in, and I know everyone has to depart and go home to their own lives soon. That always makes me feel so alone and empty. I'm really glad that will never happen in the eternity we get to spend with God and our friends who also believe. Just know if you get that feeling too God is definitely always with you, and you are not alone in that feeling, nor is it strange to have it.
