I would never guessed what I see you do is what it takes. Information is power. I love it.

invest in a drain snake $300+ at harbor freight. I used to be like you where I would have to take the tubes apart to clean them out or call plumber to clear it if it was deeper in the sewage drains. I spent the $300 now when i have a clog I just run the drain snake without haven't to take anything apart and I'm saving on having to call the plumber.

Indoor water feature, OMG, that’s so funny.

I just had my lines hydrojetted all the way from the end of the bulkheads to the main under the street... The team that did it told me that I was close to having a backup... They also said it had likely not been done before.... "It's a water feature".. !

People will complain if you give them money....
I don't look at this as negative. It's a learning experience. I guess in school all teachers are negative.
I love the videos. Keep up the good work. It's been a great experience and education for me.

I like the comedy on how you have to have a pool in the laundromat.

Quick question... is there a reason you didn't build a trough system?

Should have someone come in and pressure wash your pipes. Would get rid of all of that gunk built up inside them. If it is that built up right there, it is bound to be built up further down the pipes - all the way. And a decent Dry-Vac would do you wonders too.

I did that to three of my drains, there was 72 dollars worth in change in them.

we have pipes like that in our bulked but they have not been cleaned in 40 years still run as good as the day they were new looks like your clients are putting a lot of junk in the washers ie to much soap ect.
never seen pipes this bad are you on city water?

seeing that black once you opened the drain, I seem to wonder if you had tree root issues? I wonder if using Tide Washing Machine Cleaner or Affresh would clean away the detergent residue on your washer drains? if you do have tree roots growing in your main drain, Probably may want to try the Roebic Root killer.

Staying positive, all that junk under and behind the machines is actually recycling donations. Be sure you thank the customers for this.

Can you have that floor drain jetted out or is it just junk?

PVC is cheap, why did’nt you just replace with new, clean pipes? And no Monkeypox. :)
