Hi Guys

This video is all about How to Identify your Core Values.

Identifying your core values not always brings you clarity on who you are as a person, but knowing what really matters to you will help you achieve your goals faster and much easier.

The secret? Once you know what your core values are you will be acting in alignment with who you are, so any decisions that you will be making will come to you rather easily and you will be able to execute much faster. There won't be anything holding you back.

I this video I will share with you a couple of techniques on how to identify them!

1) Value list. As mentioned, I'm sharing the links to them

The list I'd use with my clients:

2) Important questions to ask yourself covered in the video

3) Knowing your values without understanding their hierarchy is good but not of much use. it's critical that you understand it.

4) Personality tests can help you identify and give you more insight into your personality as well as touch upon your values.

Free Personality test (Highly recommended!!!)

Partially Free Test

Thanks! Again thanks for this video being so hands on and giving specific advice, Zuzana! I'll definately rewatch this and will take an evening to do the exercises. This comes in very handy since I started to think a lot more about life, myself and where I want to go as this past year ended.. :) Following your example I could think of two, three situations feeling very happy and light hearted - traveling spontaneously through Italy for a few days, my memories around college basketball and a successful creative project of mine. However, I look forward to do this properly!

Thanks again and have a great day - and since it's still early 2019 Happy New Year!!
