Nearmiss With My Air 2S
Losing a prosumer level Drone is not fun. Especially when you spend near $1000 or more for it. I personally know this after losing a Phantom 4 Pro. Far more often than not it is a result of pilot error. I nearly had the same issue with my Air 2s. What were my mistakes?
1) Flying a cersiderable distance away on 55% battery.
2) Not being aware of wind speed and direction.
3) Not panning the gimbal down to aim for the safest spot for the drone to land during the emergency landing scenario.
Being aware and taking proper precautions can go a long way in being safe and avoiding the loss of equipment.
