No sure if it still holds or not but it is worth mentioning. I applied for the previous switch offer be setting up an edge account, since I was in the UK for less than 3 year, they closed the account. They said for Santander Edge, you have to be living in the UK for the past 3 years. It was funny, I got the card, and one of the passcodes, and while I was waiting for the second password, the next letter was delivered talking about account closure! So they close my previous account due to switch as well as the new santander account :)))

i have an existing santander account that already has existing multiple DDs that i can switch into. Does the account that's switching over also need to have at least 2 DDs on top of the existing santander DDs?
