'1 week ago'
Y/n jumps off a bridge but lands in a bush. The pogues think she died because they couldn't find her and only saw blood everywhere. A few hours later, you woke up and tried to walk to a hospital for your injuries. Once you arrive, they take you in and get you fixed up. You are now staying in an abandoned shed you found because you don't want them to know yet.

'Present time at JB's house'
S: Should we go talk to him?
Jb: I don't really think that's a good idea.
P: he just needs time.
K: Well, I'm gonna go talk to him.

K: Hey Jayj. She smiles lightly.
J: Oh hey, Kie.
K: You should stop thinking about everything. She's gone now. You just need to relax.
JJ scoffs
J: It's not that easy, Kie. I loved her, but I didn't tell her in time.
K: Well, the past is the past. Let's just go back to the group.
J: Fine.

You were listening to the conversation.
Y/n mind: He loves me? I thought he hated me? This is so confusing.
You head to your little shed and look around. Since everyone is still upset, it's probably not the best time to come back from the dead. Inside the shed is a rope, a tarp, an old tire, and a lot of cobwebs. You start cleaning up a little and then go to the store to get a new bathing suit. It's a good day to go swimming since your surf board is at JB's house.

'At JB's house.'

P: How about we go surf for a while?
K: That sounds like a good idea.
Jb: I'm down.
S: JJ, you in?
J: Sure. There's nothing else to do.
They head off to get their boards. JJ sees yours and lets a tear slip.
JJ's mind: Why did I have to be such a bitch? She loved me, and I pushed her away.
Then they all head to the beach.

You go to the beach, ready for a quick swim to pass the time.

Part 3:


Once you get to the beach, you jump right in. It's been pretty stressful trying to hide and survive at the same time. You swim for a little while and just relax.


*the pogues in the twinkie*
JJ: Can we stop and get some beer first?
Jb: Yeah, sure.
They go to get some beers and a pack of cigarettes.
Kie: Just please don't drink because of her, JJ.
JJ: You're not my mom, Kie. It's not your place to tell me what to do.
Kie: Sorry.
They get back in the twinkie and go to the beach. Everyone gets their boards and goes in the water.

*Your POV*
You see the pogues show up and start to panic. What if they see you? They need to calm down just a bit more, and then you will be able to tell them.

You swim over to a more secluded part of the beach. This is basically the only thing you can do when you're in hiding and you didn't want to stop yet.

You swim for a few more minutes, then you check to see what the pogues are doing. When you look up, you almost immediately lock eyes with JJ. His face is in complete shock. He starts saying things to the pogues. You quickly get out of the water and go back to the shed.

Pogues pov:
JJ: GUYS! I JUST SAW Y/N!
Sarah: What?!
Jb: What are you talking about, JJ?
Pope: JJ, she's gone. You have to accept that.
JJ: No! Look, she's right... there?
he points to the place where you were, but now you're gone.
Kie: I don't see anything.
JJ: You guys have to believe me! She was right there!!
He swims over to the place you were at. Once he realizes you really aren't there, he starts hitting the top of the water.
Jj: F##K
Kie: JJ, just come back. We know you're upset, but she's gone.

JJ swims back to them and grabs a beer. He drank the whole thing, then threw it on the ground. He then reached for another one, and before you know it, he's drunk. Kie comes over with a bag and starts to pick up the beer cans that are everywhere.
Kie: JJ! Just because you're upset does not mean you can harm the environment!
Jj: Kie. I don't wanna hear about the environment right now.
Kie: You have to let her go. You guys wouldn't have even worked out anyway. If she really loved you, she wouldn't have jumped.
JJ: KIE!! SHUT YOUR MOUTH NOW.
Kie: I'm just telling you the truth!
JJ: she told me she loved me all the time. She was always trying to make me smile! You have no idea what you're talking about. She loved me, but I was too late.
Kie: Whatever.
She goes and throws away the beer.
Sarah: All right, guys. Are you ready to head back?
JJ gets up and comes over to the other pogues. He grabs his hat and a toothpick.

Jj: Let's just go.
He puts on his hat and puts the toothpick in his mouth. Then he drunkenly walks to the Twinkie to get in.
Pope: What if he actually did see y/n?
Jb: How is that possible? She's dead.
Pope: But we never saw the body. Only the blood.
Kie: Some animal probably took her.
Sarah: I don't know guys, he seemed pretty sure that he saw her.
Jb: Let's just keep an eye out for her.
Kie: Whatever. You guys need to be brought back to reality.
She rolls her eyes and storms off.

Part 4!

You fall asleep in the small shed soon after the incident. But suddenly, a noise wakes you up. You hear rummaging right outside the door. You grab the closest thing near you for protection. Luckily, it was a plank of wood. You slowly start walking out the door. "Who's there?!" You whisper-yelled. The rummaging stopped for a moment. Then you heard something make its way to you. 1...2...3...BAM!! You see that it's just a squirrel. The squirrel makes its way over to the tree and dissappears. You go back inside and have trouble falling asleep again. After a few moments, the sun starts to rise. You get up and head to a small café to get some breakfast.

The Pouges Pov:
The chicken starts crowing, indicating that it's time to wake up.
J: I'm gonna k!ll that dam bird! It's giving me a major headache.
Jb: You shouldn't have had a temper-tantrum and gotten drunk.
J: If you would've believed me, that wouldn't happen.
Jb: She's gone, JJ. You have to accept it.
J: No, she isn't. But if you don't want to accept it, you don't have to.
JJ gets up and goes looking for y/n.
Jb: Where are you going?!
J: I don't know. But I'm gonna find her.
He walks off and starts looking for you. About 30 minutes later, he finds a small café.
J: y/n would've liked this.
He says to himself before entering. It's a hot day, so he was hoping to just get in some air conditioning.

Your POV:
You hear the door to the cafe open, but don't bother to look at who it was. You weren't worried about the pogues being here because they don't like places like this. But then you hear his voice. That voice makes you stiffen. You freeze, hoping he won't notice you. He starts ordering something, then looks for a seat. His eyes scan the room when they finally land on you.
J: Y/N!!
He starts running over to you, but you grab your stuff and bolt out the door. He's chasing you, but you're still faster than him. You run into the woods and your shed. You hear his footsteps crunch on the leaves.
J: Y/n! I know you're here somewhere!! Please just come out.
He sounds like he's crying. Slowly, you make your way out of the shed. He still doesn't see you. His hands are covering his face, and he's crouched on the ground. You quietly walk up to him. Slowly removing his hands, you caress his face. His eyes look at you so desperately.
J: Please tell me this is really you.
His eyes are so red and teary.

Part 5

You caress his face softly and whisper to him.
Y/n: "Yeah, It's me."
J: "I love you! I'm sorry I didn't tell you in time, I was just so scared. I didn't want to bring you into my messy life." He starts crying again. You grab his arms and pull him off the ground.
Y: "I love you too." He immediately hugs you. You let him cry into the crook of your neck for a while.
J: "I promise I'm not always so emotional." He chuckles a bit. You were crying, too.

J: "Why didn't you want to see us?"
Y: "You guys needed to calm down. I couldn't just surprise you all."
J: "I couldn't stand the thought that I made you jump. I felt like such a sh¡tty person." You hug him again.
Y: "I'm sorry, Jayg."
J: "Can you please come back to the pogues so they won't think I'm crazy." You laugh at that.
Y: "Of course, JJ."
J:" Thank God."

You guys go to the pogues holding hands. Sarah is sitting outside on a chair. She looks up and sees you two.
S: "OH MY GOD! Y/N?!?!" John B comes outside.
JB: "Where? What? Oh my God. That's y/n! Guys, get out here!"
K: "What?" Her eyes widen when she sees you holding hands.
C: "There's no way. How is she back from the dead?!"
P: "Holy sh¡t y/n." He runs over to you and hugs you. You guys had a pretty good friendship before.

Kie is staring you down. You know she doesn't like you. She told you it would be better if you died. She told you that JJ loved her and not you. Her hurtful words sent you over the edge. She starts walking over to you both. She looks you dead in the eye and kisses JJ on the lips.

JJ: go away Kie
Kie: listen, I know you miss her but she’s gone, and besides, you have me now!
JJ: I don’t care about you Kie. Leave me alone
Kie: fine. Calm down. You have to accept the fact that, SHES DEAD

*Kie storms out of JJ’s room slamming the door*

Kie: he’s mad. Very mad. He said he doesn’t care about me
Jb: c’mon Kie I’m sure he didn’t mean
Kie: no because he did mean it and no one can change my mind but JJ himself


*JJ walks outside of the chateau completely ignoring everyone and just grabs the keys to the Twinkie*

Pope: JJ, apologize to Kie
JJ: for what?
Kie: maybe for saying you don’t care about me?
JJ: last time I checked, the truth was nothing I needed to apologize for

*JJ walks off to the Twinkie and drives, he doesn’t know where he just drives*

*JJ hears something and gets out of the Twinkie*

JJ: flat tire? Now? Of all times you pick now.

JJ sits behind the Twinkie with his head in his hands

??: hey do you need some help with that?
JJ: no I can do it myself
??: your voice sounds very familiar, wait is that the Twinkie? JJ??!

*JJ looks up*

JJ: Y/N!?
