The funniest thing for me about this for me was, the coach if his former, non league team was interviewed. He talked about how crazy it was to suddenly see a player that was under average in his team get subbed in the premier league

Dia made his debut after weeks of training under Sounness. I find it incredible that Souness didn't figure this guy wasn't a professional after seeing him training for weeks.

Apparently the same day that Souness signed Ali Dia, he also handed over his bank account details to a Nigerian Prince who needed to transfer his fortune to someone he could trust.
