I was going to do this for myself but you already did it for everyone. What a nice guy.

What an ending lol couldn't have had a more satisfying ending than a fish hooking on

Hi, will be wonderful if you can make the same test with Deep six divers, medium or large size, thanks.

Do you know what the depth would have been if you were on a setting #1 or #1.5 with the mag? as that is a common setting for people with their low diver...

great info, I had powerpro v2 30lb on and a 4 7/8" divers got me 130 ft with 360 ft of line out at 2.3 mph. I am going to get a livescope lvs62 so I can always tell without having to bounce them on the bottom to check depth at different speeds.

What is the zero depth reference for the smart troll? The phone? In your boat the phone could be 8 feet from the surface.

Hi Marc, I guess you could increase the horizontal offset away from the boat by decreasing the diver weight. This might be helpful in the dark or when fish are spooky but not so deep. Great video.

How much does the Smart Troll weigh as this will take the dipsey down more than without a Smart Troll.

Do slide divers travel to the same depths ? Can I use the same calculations ?

Thank you Marc, Doesn't the test data show that adding a weight to a diver increases the depth it reaches but therefore, also results is the diver not offsetting away from the boat as much as an unweighted diver? Great video.

You didn't tell us what setting the Dipsey was on or did I miss that ??

Does standard mean 107mm diameter and mag mean 124mm diameter? Thanks Marc!

My understanding is that rings allow you to get down to the desired depth with LESS LINE OUT.

Just get a Cannon Fish hawk TD and get the temps as a bonus.

Totally wrong! It's not showing your depth... only distance away from the boat... distance doe not eaqual depth. Get it right...

Number one bad lighting you don’t backlight a video and you’re too far away to see your rig and I can barely hear you if you’re gonna make a video make it right 1:51
