Fun fact, Autarchs are not lost of the path of the warrior like Exarchs are. While it is rare, Autarchs can retire from their position and start a new path unrelated to war (imagine spending 3000 years honing your sword to then become a baker). Not being lost on the path is necessary for an Autarch because they have to put the well being of a Craftworld and not being blinded by bloodlust or put their honor above the safety and well being of their people.

I like the idea that there's a mix of fear and awe from other Eldar in regard to Autarchs, seeing someone so committed to the path of the warrior, but also so lost along the path that it's terrifying.
