A small but VERY illegal LEGO build

In full disclosure, this build is definitely difficult in that final step of assembly. The alignment of the plates must be close to perfect, and even then there’s a lot of struggle to force the pieces into place. The fascinating thing is that ultimately there's no stress in this build--these are incomplete connections. So in the classic sense this build is VERY illegal, and yet the bricks are 100% fine. It's just somewhat fragile.

I also didn’t show some 'off camera' work to tweak a few of the plates that didn’t quite line up (only because it would be boring to watch). That being said, I don’t know if there’s a cooler LEGO wheel that is this small with so few pieces. Definitely a nice little desk ornament / fidget toy. ☺️

Of course, search around for the price, color, and shipping costs that makes you the happiest. (Although fair warning, not all colors have the same 'clutch' power so order a couple of colors if you can just in case.)

How to support Brick Bending:

Diameter: 3.15in / 8cm
Piece count: 1x3 plates (96) - (32 layers of 3)

Love when you get that transition of "everything still seems perfectly legal here officer" to suddenly "oh yeah, danish police coming for you"

I still love the idea that this man owns a thousand of each piece in every color and shape, and exactly one (1) figurine

Without uploading for a while we were starting to think Lego hired a hitman😂😂

you can hear them screaming in agony as you destroy their natural order.

White millipede: Legal. White hockey puck: Not so much.

And as others have pointed out, the strain and creaks you put those pieces through was almost hard to watch...Almost.

Great video as always.

The way it rolling away almost perfectly matched the framerate was the least illegal thing about this video.

That went from legal to illegal to legal to federal crime real quick

This is just about illegal in every individual stud. Impressive!

Love the gloves as though you're handling a dangerous material. The sheer power of those bricks is too much to touch directly

Why'd you have to make it spine-shaped and spine-colored before those spine-cracking sounds

I love that the shutter speed of the video camera was very similar to the speed of the thing rolling, I think? For those shots that halfway look like they're just sliding across the surface, until they slow down enough to show some false counter rotation, heh.

Also, LOVE the title. 👏

I like to think they torture Lego designers with these videos

I'm not usually one for ASMR but the sound it makes was way more satisfying than expected

1:19 Wow! That's awesome! Not sure if you're aware of this but, at that point in the build: You made an very accurate replica of my spine and the sounds it makes! It's dead on! The sounds.... just 👏 so accurate, I felt like I was listening to a recording of me getting out of a chair!

3:11 Bruh, I love how it looks like it's just sliding across the table XD

For a solid 2 mins and 22 seconds I was like "I don't get what's illegal here" then you started reinventing the wheel and I was borderline about to cut my wifi cables. I'm convinced this channel is just a psyop at this point.

Genuine question: why werent the bricks that you turned upright not just configured that way in the first place? Was it to stress the bricks?
