Never once had she been disappointed or acted like she was robbed. She always applaud and was proud and so happy for the winners. Throughout her speech she kept saying “we won an Oscar” until that last moment when she talked about her parents and let out “I just won an Oscar”. You can tell how much this meant to her to give so much credit to everybody, but she gave herself that last moment. Years of living in her parents’ shadow and never getting a nomination, then to finally win.
