But it doesnt convert long ones like i need it to on my parabola measurments

I tried this with 0.25 and it worked fine but when I tried converting 0.0058333 into a fraction, it does not give the answer, which should be 7/1, 200. It keeps giving me 0.0058333. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried doing this with 0.116 but it keeps coming up with 29/250 which is wrong because only the 16 is repeating. Is there anyway to fix this??
