It doesn’t let you cancel like this anymore. Pissing me off. Been trying to cancel for 30 minutes.

THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR A COMPANY TO MAKE IT THIS COMPLICATED. IM 22 AND IM GETTING FURIOUS FROM THIS DUMB BS! Typical Chinese business practices. I gave up for two months but now I'm really tight financially and I need everything I can get. Imagine if I was an older or less motivated person? I could be in a really bad spot financially because of this! SAMSUNG CAN EAT IT

It's gotten even harder. Have been trying for almost an hour, watching how-to vids, but none address this: Under 'My Account', under both the "Subscription" and "Billing" boxes (mine doesn't say "Plans"), where it should show the "Cancel Subscription" option, instead it says: [Changes to this subscription must be made on the App Store]. That would be easy IF the discovery+ app actually appeared in my purchases on the App Store but it doesn't. Suggestions? TIA.

Lol, the website on my phone will not allow me to manage my subscription. Says I need to go through the Google app store. I installed the app thinking that's the way I needed to go to cancel. That doesn't work either. Tv doesn't work. I will try logging into an actual computer instead. Super frustrating and annoying for sure!

On ur TV screen select Discovery Plus don't open it just click on it as if you were going to move or remove the channel, than hit the * button on ur remote control select unsubscribe. It's that easy...
