I like the second card best as you can appreciate the alcohol ink background as you see more of it and I love that diecut which just sets the whole card off However both ideas are good and easy to do so thank you for the inspiration Therese

@Altenew • Therese: In my opinion the second card is the winner because it shows more of the blended background.

I love the muted colors of the background with the touch of gold. The wider frame sets the background off almost like a painting in a museum.

The delicacy of the gold die and sentiment maintain their own but don't detract from the background. Excellent! 👍

Oh Therese, they're both fabulous. I do love the feminine one mostly because more of the alcohol ink background is visible but I do think several of the men in my family would appreciate the first one. I looked for a link for the alignment tool you used to center the 2nd panel but didn't see it. I really could use something like that if it's available for US purchase. Thanks for more wonderful inspiration!
