I've had great luck making gaskets out of a sheet of felpro, cheap at the local autoparts store. I used a Cricut vinyl cutter to make one with felpro, downloaded the picture of the gasket off Amazon, tried it with paper, tweaked the size, and it cut it out like a dream. This thing is turning out awesome!
