Stroke Patient Chain of Survival: A Simulation

Time is brain when it comes to stroke. Stroke awareness requires us to BEFAST. In this video, you'll follow a simulation of someone experiencing a stroke. You will see our simulated patient’s journey beginning with her co-worker’s quick 911 call, followed by transport to the Mary Washington Hospital emergency department and Primary Stroke Center, expert medical analysis, immediate brain imaging and appropriate stroke treatment.
