Terrific. Very helpful, April. I’ve heard of XML, HTML, & markdown, but have 0 experience in all of them. I’m still struggling to master the syntax & use of JSON. Very useful thx for this! Really looking forward to see the rendering works consistently across tools and features... Having a complex message with tables could be a nightmare to get in sync (teams, outlook, power automate approval centre - desktop vs browser)

Hi April!

I would like to ask a question. Are there markdowns to format values like currency, for example? In my case, I should receive an email from an approval flow with an amount (credit limit in this case), but the amount is not formatted as a currency, just an integer value (eg when I would like it to be 50, 000.00). Is there a way to do this via markdowns?

Nice explanation and great links. After spending a little time and formatting my approvals with markdown they look great in email, but the new Approvals app in Teams doesn't seem to understand markdown so viewing approvals there they look a mess!
