Recipe
Pastry Base
■ 175 g plain flour
■ 100 g unsalted butter (cold/diced)
■ 1 tbsp icing sugar
■ 1 egg yolk
Pie Filling
■ 500 g cooking apple (peeled & cored weight)
■ 100 g light brown sugar
■ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
■ 100 g caramel
Crumble Mix
■ 120 g plain flour
■ 60 g caster sugar
■ 60 g unsalted butter (cold/diced)
