Biden-Harris Campaign Chair Jen O'Malley Dillon joins Morning Joe to affirm President Biden's commitment to the 2024 race despite party pressures, saying, "Absolutely the president is in this race, you've heard him say that time and time again... He is the best person to take on Donald Trump."
