I really think these are great tips I will be using. I just wish you talked more about when to smoke, what sites to enter/hold from as controller, and even what util to use in combo with smokes. I’m a complete controller noob 😅

I’ve been playing Omen for a while and have mostly thrown very selfish smokes and haven’t thought much about the position and placement of them. My teammates were chastising me in my first ever solo w comp game about it, but I couldn’t grasp it in the heat of the moment. Behold, I find this video while researching what they mean and I GET IT. I need to make the edge flush with the wall. That makes so much more sense! Thank you for making this for idiots like me.

I don't even play Val but this video helped me so much in other ways, appreciate this info! [I never knew how to actually use smokes & when i play random shooters that have em I always felt like I was using them suboptimally]

worth mentioning that as of right now, I think brim smokes in ipad are inaccurate, so you may see some gaps (maybe other smokes too)

Okay but... why smoke? I just started playing this game and I'm still trying to figure out the use case of a smoke. I can't find many situations where the enemy can't just wait it out.

i feel like the smokes you say are bad can be used on attack to enter site and create easier fights for teammates no?
