20 years ago, my family moved to new city. My next door neighbor was a guy 5 years older than me. We never really talked but would sit in our own backyards reading. Update/23.08.22 :
Mid-term exam scores was revealed around last week. Friday, I received my grades and I can say that I've done my best. My bff, let's just say, he barely made it. So last night he came over and said he scored below the top ten. He was quite upset about it and we spent the night in the living room.

Update/30.10.23 :
Today marked the start of our last exam for the year before we graduate. We had a speaking test early in the morning and coincidentally, the theme of our discussion was the same; something about Family Occasion. I asked him what he described in his discussion and he said "We have a tradition where we will have a sleepover (with our other close friends) every time a certain event happens." And I replied, "No, we don't have such a tradition." And he said, "Whenever something happens and we don't know where to go, we will always gather (depending on who is in trouble) at XX's house." Then I thought for a moment. He's right! But what surprised me was that our discussion was almost identical as I answered, "The family event I still remember is when you slept together in the living room but woke up the next morning on top of a tree. What made it memorable is why do you have to drag my blanket with you?”

I won't be updating anymore. I think it would be appropriate for me to end the story with my bsf almost suffocated in his blanket after he fell of the bed during sleepover bc the other guys were fighting for the bed with him while the girls are sleeping in the living room (we got the TV!)
