NJ tropical update: What these 4 storms in the Atlantic mean

As of Friday at 5 p.m., there are four tropical systems swirling in the Atlantic Ocean. Hurricane Fiona and newly developed Tropical Depression Nine both have and can bring impacts to New Jersey.
