So scared to start a business and get into the best shape of my life, i look up to you and although I’m older than you and always feeling guilty as a mum to think of myself first I’m finally doing it, showing up for myself every day at the gym, i added reformer pilates too and workout 6 days a week and just yesterday I went ahead and registered a business name, not sure what i’ll be doing but definitely taking the steps instead of thinking and dreaming about them. I’m scared to take time out for rest and recovery from a very challenging and abusive period. My money’s not great but I know it’s what I need in order to do better. Sometimes the work we’re avoiding is the mental mind game. Staying still instead of running right back into the rat race. Work is usually shown by productivity but the strength of mind needed to allow myself to rest when I’m so used to overdoing, overthinking, overwhelming my situation, it is a game changer. Working smarter is a personal power that requires honing and building if you consider yourself an underdog
