This committee should have included Dr Claude Anderson In this discourse. He has written books spent time, money and talked to his people on this subject
of reparations. You should give us enough respect to give our leader civil discourse. We don't know some of these people.

My tax dollars pay for the reparations given to Indians and I as an African American did not dislocate them from their land. 9/11 victims recieve compensation from my tax dollar money but I did not orchestrate those attacks on those buildings.

This panel really needs Dr Claude Anderson and Yvette Carnell.

They didn't invite Dr. Claude Anderson, who was an advisor to President Jimmy Carter and was over an organization of Governors.

I remind everyone they're are just talking about STUDYING the issue. Some are talking as if they are planning on cutting a check tomorrow.

The main issue that everyone is skirting is the lack of the two parent home, parental discipline, and family and community accountability. Blacks have been coddled for the past 60 years by democratic policies designed to break up their families, and to give them freebies in exchange for their votes, and they willingly went along with it, as did their religious and political leaders, who also benefited from this arrangement. They have no one to blame but themselves. The democrats simply reconstituted slavery by economic means. The only difference between now and 200 years ago is that blacks are not required to work, and the master isn't dividing their families, they are doing it themselves.

seem to me THAT THEY ARE AFRAID TO LET DR. MALVEAUX TALK MORE. SHE WAS THE MOST BRILLIANT ON THE PANEL.

How can a man RUN FASTER than a man in front of him, when the man in front of him is running on concrete, and man in the rear is running in Quicksand? IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CATCH UP.

If this dude thinks that slavery and Jim Crow have been properly taught, the child is lost.

Repairations is NOT ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL BLACK PERSON. We were not put down as individuals, we were put down as a collective!

Did black people make a king and I missed out on the vote? Why can’t we have options on what ancestors of slavery what like to do? My real questions : were slaves allowed to ask for reparations when they were freed? Was that when they were considered 3/5 a man? Was that when they were given equal rights? They could have just walked in the court room and debated this. Now is that time. If not now then when?

Discussion is a form of Justice. Don't deny people that because we dont know how to pay for it.

So he says HR-40 would be a study to discuss if reparations should occur or not! Wow! That was a hint, confirmation that they are NOT going to look into it really.
