Αυτό το tutorial παρέχει σύντομες και ακριβείς οδηγίες για το περπάτημα γενικά και για τις πεζοπορικές δραστηριότητες κατά μήκος της Εγνατίας Οδού στην περιοχή της Έδεσσας πιο ειδικά. Αντιμετωπίζονται θέματα όπως ο σχεδιασμός διαδρομής, ο εξοπλισμός, η εύρεση της διαδρομής στο πεδίο και οι πρώτες βοήθειες. Το ευρωπαϊκό έργο «HIKE» διοργανώνει έξι δωρεάν πεζοπορικές διαδρομές τον Οκτώβριο του 2024 στην περιοχή της Έδεσσας, από την Άρνισσα πλάι στη λίμνη Βεγορίτιδα μέχρι την Έδεσσα και τον Προφήτη Ηλία + μία μικρή διαδρομή στην περιοχή των Ιαματικών Λουτρών Πόζαρ. Πρόκειται για τα τριήμερα 11 έως 13 Οκτωβρίου 2024 και 18 έως 20 Οκτωβρίου 2024. Ελάτε να πεζοπορήσετε μαζί μας!
This tutorial provides short instructions for walking in general and for hiking activities along the via Egnatia in the Edessa area in particular. Topics such as route planning, equipment, route orienteering in the field and first aid are covered. The European project "HIKE" is organising six free hiking routes in October 2024 in the Edessa region, from Arnissa next to Lake Vegoritida to Edessa and Profitis Ilias + a short route in the area of the Pozar Thermal Baths.
