So tragic. 42 years old having "lived the life of 10 men and more"- it breaks my heart to hear that and see him in some of his final interviews. He looks so defeated. RATT and their music is an absolute staple in my younger years and I was/am a huge fan. So many of our rocker days have fallen victim to the excessive lifestyle we were all living.

Loved their music in the 80s and listened to them constantly in the Marine corps! Got to see Ratt in 1988 or 89 in Detroit and was an awesome show. They could really jam! Bummer to hear all this about Robin. RIP man you made millions of people so happy with your talent!

In his prime he was quite an imposing guy. I remember a couple accounts of fights between musicians he immediately quelled just stepping up saying stop.

He was the co- founding member along with Stephen Pearcy, however he played Rythem, the Original Lead guitarist for Mickey Rat was Jake E Lee, until Warren DeMartini replaced him when Jake left for Ozzy👍😎
