Russia’s FSB Arrests ‘Ukrainian Saboteur’ Plotting To Kill Top Military Officer | Watch

Moscow claims to have foiled an assassination attempt by a Ukrainian soldier. Russia's Federal Security Service said a Ukrainian Saboteur was arrested in Voronezh. FSB released a video, showing the alleged saboteur riding a bicycle on a snowy night. The video released by FSB shows the 'Ukrainian man' carrying a large thermal backpack. RT reported that the man confessed to carrying out the assassination attempt. Watch for more.
