At what point a customer knows FAD's policy re the amount of over the counter drugs for DOMESTIC PURPOSE is Ok to send ? Since it cannot determine by cost/value ! It can't be ok to send off with ease but problem to deliver!!!

DHL Express TRAIN SMASH took more than TWO MONTHS, LIED to me, demanded that I provide them with a Proforma invoice for goods of which I had NO IDEA of what they were or what their value was - I had to do THEIR HOMEWORK for them in contacting the supplier for a commercial invoice - had my equipment DAMAGED by them or their pals at "Customs" trying to force a cover over knobs that are larger than the holes (they don't know the purpose of the grub screws in the knob body, otherwise they would have caused no damage), and - based on the damage they perpetrated - demanded a higher amount for "duty."
I won't be talking to them again. I'll leave that to the RCMP and, ultimately, a judge.
