Oh my goodness I can’t believe you just posted this because I have spent three days looking at Sony cameras, wondering why there are so many models to choose from!

Just bought the A7IV a few months ago. I must say, switching from Canon to Sony was life changing 😇

IMO A7IV is the best bang for the buck, especially if second hand from a dealer in min condition. I would avoid the A6700, as it's as big, but doesn't have joystick, and only size difference is the view finder.
A7R V is pricier, more megapixels, better screen as it's fully articulating, it flips out, and tilts up, But the one on A7IV scares me, seems so fragile. So if extreme angles or flipping up and down is still needed you can use a phone in a holder, and if using a cage that will be even more robust option. I only use the flip out screen when I have to. But if you ever trip over it you will likely snap it off.
But I'm still not sure if If I made a mistake image quality wise with the A7IV vs the A7R V. But I got mine fo a good price. so was a no brainier. The a7IV still gives massive high quality images. Low light performance is superb. I don't regret it. Got a 24-70 GMII used from a dealer too. Only complaint I have with it is it a dust magnet, it gets dust inside the glass too, But that's common with zoom lenses.
If I was rich I would get the A9III for sports. But the A7iv isn't bad. but with the massive price tag of the models past it, like the a9III it's simply silly of me to buy it.

Hi, I have a Sony A7iv camera and I use two SD cards on my A7iv, slot 1 for videos and slot 2 for photos. How to switch SD cards to view my videos and photos on the camera? I won’t be able to view my photos if I shoot videos and the same goes when I shoot photos. Thanks!

The flagship camera can’t do animal-eye AF in video when the entry level cameras can lol

I love the thumbnail that you don't have FX9, so you use a FX3

The main problem with the Sony cameras, is their ergonomics. The grip is entirely wrongly designed. You basically have room for one finger, the index finger. Look at Canon, and even Lumix S cameras, there at least all fingers "carry".

I'm still waiting for the RX100 VIII with the fast lens16mm - 55mm equivalent

Sony totally dropped the ball.
