Mike has got hold of a fabulous looking Morgan, which needs some serious work to replace the rusted chassis. Edd starts this huge job by completely taking apart the body of the car.

I saw a 97+ point yellow morgan beauty car, stripped and the steel body replace with a hand beaten alu one from England. They put the car together, drilling every hole in the new aluminum. Then it was blown apart and painted yellow. When the car left, it looked identical, unlike the owners wallet.

I would have thought the chassis and plywood would have been painted for additional protection. Would only have cost a few quid extra.

Seperate chassis's are a life saver because if this was monocoque it would have been scrapped.
