I bought my first pair at the Christian Louboutin in Madrid 5 years ago. The salesperson was extremely helpful. I mentioned to her I was hesitant to buy a pair for so long since everyone say how painful they are. She told me immediately it was because almost everyone gets the SoKate’s. She brought out a pair of Corneille and the SoKate’s. The Corneille were so comfortable and with the SoKate’s I could not walk. I immediately bought the Corneille. Until this day it’s my most worn pair of heels. My first opinion when I need to look put together with black heels. Since then I bought 4 more pairs. 2 Kate’s red and black and 2 Iriza’s nude and color print. All very comfortable comfortable as well. I’m like you I find the Louboutins more comfortable than the Jimmy Choo or the Valentino’s.

My compliments on not getting rattled by the warnings and sizing up. I made that same mistake, got a 39 instead of a 38.5, because the toe felt so tight, and, within two months, the shoes were coming off my feet. I got a second pair, this time in a 38.5, and thought I was going to die at first. Even now, they still hurt after three or four hours. But the point is I can walk in the 38.5's anywhere, I don't have to worry about them popping off my feet, which makes for a more relaxed feeling when wearing them, in spite of the squeeze, and I don't wind up wondering if I got the wrong size either.

I think the Pigalle is the perfect Louboutin heel. The thicker heel and shorter toe bed make a huge difference! and a 100mm heel is the go to!

I am typically a size six but in some shoes it’s better if I do a 6.5 and most if my heels are 6.5 should I do a 6.5 or should I do a 6 I know it’s a silly question I just really want these to fit the first time and the heels say they are true to size on the pair I want 😊
