Retroarch is now officially on the app store so just getting into it today. No need for a developer account nor to jailbreak any longer. Took a while to set up but totally worth it. PS1 games act a bit weird in that I'll get a "failed to load content" error but if I load the .bin file directly and then load the .cue file, the game will boot.

I don't get how you get all your games from icloud drive as the phone doesn't have enough memory for even one folder never mind my whole collection I have just under 2tb on icloud drive is there not a way to run the games from there

Ok finally installed on iPad, had problems importing the rooms, had to do manual scan for them to show up, but now when I try to run a game it says no cores installed, how can I get the cores to show up?

Despite following this awesome guide to the letter, scanning does not find bios files or ISO files. Regardless of where they’re saved or how the files are named, Retroarch merely displays “No Items” when directing it to the folders containing the files.

I’ve followed all the steps and such but when I create a playlist I’ll import the content and scan and everything and it says scanning finished but no playlist is produced? I’ve rebooted my phone and nothing changes

Mine keeps saying "Failed to Install RetroArch" guess they updated it so you cant use it on iphone anymore. I followed all of the steps to the letter and reinstalled and rebooted my altstore and still fail to install RetroArch. I use to have Retro Arch on this same phone, but now im on version 17.2.1 and it wont install.

If you have an Apple developer account, why don't you just compile Retroarch with XCode? The altstore workaround seems like a bigger hassle.
