The endometrial lining thickness depends on the estrogen and the progesterone hormones. Once the period happens, the endometrial lining thins down, and the first half of the period, that is the follicular phase, with the help of estrogen, the lining goes on increasing and again with the period, it sheds off. Appropriate normal lining is actually what is required. Less lining, less endometrial lining can cause problems like failure of conception, not enough bleeding, all these problems can be happened. So both a thin lining or an increased lining is a matter of concern. So lining has to be appropriate. Now the question is how do we naturally maintain this endometrial lining. Endometrial lining natural, maintaining without hormones, the only way is good exercise. So a good exercise level, appropriate maintenance of weight and BMI, then there are some phytoestrogens in the green teas and yams and all. These are phytoestrogens where the endometrial lining can be again maintained. So these are some of the ways where you can maintain. But basically a good exercise level appropriate weight, BMI maintenance, appropriate balanced diet. These are the things which you can use for, maintaining naturally.
