I’ve been in this industry of helping people self develop and coaching them through massive life transformations for about 17 years now. Throughout the thousands and thousands of people that I’ve worked with they all seem to share a very common approach to change that is the culprit behind why they haven’t yet experienced massive change.
MOST people take an approach to changing something in their life form a position of hate. Example: “I hate my belly.”, “I hate being broke”, etc…
The truth is that for most people, you will typically be willing to do more for someone you love then someone you hate, am I right?
Well the same can apply to you in your life, and how you approach yourself.
