Great idea off loading plugins to a server. Great system and not expensive. Waves continues have great value products, their plugins are very reasonably priced. I have brought many on their specials days. Great company. . I now have a total of 73 Waves plugins. 50 came in the Platinum bundle alone, then I just buy one or two at a time. Love them. Keep it up waves!!

Looks so nice. This looks like an awsome collaborative studio tool. I'd love if someone finally made something that could run any vst3, clap aax etc.. plugin not just brand plugins though. A modular attachment that you could just add blocks of dsp cpu for plugins or to work as a cpu etc.. would be awsome. My understanding is all these different dsp things only run the brands plugins - is this true? I have antelope I would like uad architecture and waves... but it would be great if something had sharc fpga arm etc.. so I could run any dsp and just add daisychains like satelite or this soundgrid, just feels like its getting locked into one brand unless you have tons of money which is sad. Again this is a dreamy item to have.

After watching this video I invested in a DiGiGrid D, DiGiGrid M, and DiGiGrid S to get my setup started. LOVE this system! Setup was pretty easy, I love that it clocks itself over Ethernet, and the hardware is solid and easy to use. I plan on adding a server to offload CPU soon. Could someone from Waves describe the routing from the main Mac output into a DAW like Michele talks about? I've been through several user guides and tutorials and haven't found a clear answer.

How would you compare this interface with mothership Burl B16 with the BMB4 soundgrid card? I know this one is coming with the server so you can use all the plug-ins from unit, but I was talking about the converters & without being a biased or too critical, but being honest... how would you describe the sound of this one versus Burl? Which one should l consider to buy ? (because I have to buy one as soon as possible...) Thank you!

I sometimes plug in my guitar cable into the wrong input and it takes me 20 mins to figure that out... This signal flow is just insanely terrifying to me.

Respectfully, Waves interviewer might consider chilling while your guest is speaking. Comments every few seconds do nothing for the presentation.
