It’s Thanksgiving day! To clarify, my videos are 5 days delayed. I do that to give myself time to edit.

I did not sleep well at all yesterday. Just 5 hours and I am feeling it! I am headed to my friends house for a 5am volleyball game!

Then it’s gym time! My cardio performance is definitely improving! My workout is in a fasted state.

It’s time to check ketone and glucose levels!

I dry fasted through Thanksgiving and it wasn't even hard! My fast continues past 24 hours

LOL "mild suffocation" is how I feel wearing a turtleneck...cause I'm fat. I was really surprised trying Snake Juice last two days because it instantly makes hunger pangs go away. Also did this with OMAD, which really hurts filling up the belly!! The fasting was the easy part! One Meal is scary and makes me want to skip it and binge watch Star Trek TNG instead. It sure is a mental game, PROPS TO YOU. I'm responsible for cooking dinner every night for my huge family...not taking a bite while cooking was an interesting experience. My mind repelled my hand from going to my mouth like LIKE POLE charges on a magnet...the mind is so powerful.

I have been researching yoshinori ohsumi work and he said having protien stops autophagy, all the science guys who are not vegan still say never stop a fast with bone broth or meat as the protien stops autophagy and when you stop a fast is when the autophagy and stem cell regeneration sky rocket, they all say stay with fruit, i repeat none of them are vegan. Just passing it on for those who are looking for the healing benifits.

You know... fasting doesn’t mean not drinking any water. In fact, dry fasting can be a real problem for the body. It’s a lot of stress! Please be careful! Please drink water, if you start feeling light headed or otherwise “off.”

I wanted to comment on yesterdays video or the one where you over ate. I kept wondering why you added 4 oz of ground beef patty to your eggs and bacon. Over the past year I've been doing so much experimenting. I finally am beginning to understand diet and nutrition to the point where my knowledge can make a difference. I found that when I ate bacon and eggs in the morning, that I wouldn't be hungry for a long time. My hunger was the biggest problem I had but I feel like I'm finally starting to get a hold of it. Lately I've been I've been removing all sugar from my diet. My sugar blood level was 105 this morning. It went back up with just a few pieces of bread from a couple sandwiches. Any which way, I've been feeling way more balanced and I've been having much more energy (steady energy) than before. I know I'm not in the position to give advice but.... about the eating fat. I know it's good especially after a fast, but I feel that if you keep giving yourself bigger portions that you aren't going to be able to get rid of the fats that easily. I guess with the regular fasting it will work out but... I don't know, it still doesn't compute to me. I haven't fasted for more than 10 hours lately. This morning I almost felt like I was ready for a 3 day fast. One trick I learned was to make an Oregano tea w/salt. If I drink it in the morning, I don't get hungry for hours. Oh my, this comment is all over the place. :P Anyway, Happy Thanks Giving Mariah. Best wishes to you in everything you do. :D

I am sorry, you have deep issues. You don't look skinny healthy, you look sick. Eating one meal a day, drinking water, and doing an easy workout is the best way to maintain your body and mind balanced. Dry fasting is not healthy at all because we must eliminate toxins. The best food for breakfasting is eating green vegetables first, then protein, then carbs. We can eat in a window 12-3pm or 2-6pm or 4-8pm. We choose the best time individually. water, tea, or coffee work very well as drinks.

I don’t know why I don’t see any changes in your face. Usually if someone fasted as long as you, there would be a huge change.
