The Jurassic Park T-Rex roar is one of the most iconic creature sounds of all time. Anybody can hear it in a non Jurassic Park film and say "That's the T-Rex roar from Jurassic Park!"

The Thanator from Avatar uses T. rex roars from JP and the dire horses from the same film use Velociraptor barks from JP(the tortoise noise 😳😬)

Actually- I think most of these (aside of a very obvious few) were just the roars of an elephant.

Yeah I’m aware of the making of JP roar- just saying that low grumble is basically an unedited elephant.

Heck, I’ve heard this roar in non-dinosaur material! RWBY uses it for some of the Grimm’s sounds, especially in the first three volumes, particularly the griffon and nevermore.

In Power Rangers Dino Charge and Dino Super Charge, the Red Ranger’s T-Rex Zord also has a similar roar to the Jurassic Park Rex.
