I’ll make sure not to look up “Tug Buddy” while on lunch today at work…

Here’s the thing.. The reason why we like Crawlers is the Scale factor. I like the 4 wheel steering but I want a scale Driver that Axial is famous for. I think we wanted a Bomber/Capra looking 24. But we got the Walmart special

I'm not sure what fads might be falling away, but some will hope that tire sniffing will end.🙂

3mm OD 1mm ID silicone orings will help the bouncy scx24 shocks. When installed on the shock shafts inside the body, adding a drop of shock oil to lubricate. Not as good as oil filled... but still an option. I use the same orings on all of the pivot balls on the rigs I own, this will remove the unwanted slop.

No preparation is like trying to play baseball after college when you're not a pro. It takes 18 guys and that's not always easy to bring together on a random weekend or after work

I think the small scale stuff is going to slow down😂 for the manufacturers as far as what people buy from them simply because the market is flooded with everything from parts to RTR’s. I have the new 1:18 scale Capra & I’m upgrading the crap out of it & I have no interest in the New Axial 1:24 crawler. Maybe later on I’ll get it but I already have a SCX24 with Furitek & the Capra that that fills my needs for now. I’d rather put the money into my Capra 4 wheel steer is just calling it’s name.

My thoughts are the 1/24 will fade away and go towards 1/18. I think the market is too small for two small scale sizes. I think the new traxxas rig will help bring 1/18 market stand out like the Dude’s rug.

My v3 gspeed has a 500lp. It's been a great servo for the past year.

RC cars in general will fade out ...at least here in Spain/Barcelona the racing scene is pretty dead already...last year three tracks in my area were closed 😒

As resilient as they are, I think brushed motors are going to go the way of the DoDo. Brushless technology just keeps getting cheaper and cheaper. I think it held on for as long as it did because it was a cheap and reliable setup, but now we are seeing 2 in 1 brushless systems that perform for less than the cost of a budget brushed motor and ESC. It won't be this year, but I can see brushed systems leaving the mainstream sooner than later.

Great news week.
I dont hate the AX24.
They are just hard to work on for me (Blind Guy issues).
I also don't see the hype.... that said I love my Betty... that said... I never use it.. its a shelf queen haha.

I like that tgh chassis and new trans/motor mount.
May have to do that this year.
I am going to he starting the origin Phoenix build this week. Got the Phoenix kit.
As well as finishing my mojave vs4-10 f10 portal builders bundle build.

I need to buy the last few things.

The tug buddy is cool. Atleast the name hahaha. But I like a internal spool winch.
The muscle winch works very well.

It's tough to think what will fade next.
Small scale everything is so big.
I think even small scale drag racing will take off so...
Everything is becoming so popular...

Odd as it sounds... I think bashing trucks will take a fade soon.
Like the stampede, sledge... that area of things.
They are fun.. but it gets boring fast.
The scale area of everything is becoming huge.
People can build the cars and trucks that they love in scale form now.
I feel bashing will start fading out, it also costs alot if money.
There is always a xmaxx for sale now.

That's my opinion.

I’m hoping the love for 70’s and 80’s off-road vehicles fade away. So tiring seeing the same stuff over and over. That and making your vehicle purposefully look rusted and broken. Blah!!! I appreciate the craftsmanship, but it’s over used and not creative. Save that for model dioramas.

Looks like you have to take DEADMAN'S ROAD to get to Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch. Intense! LOL
